Phil Chapman

Philip Chapman, CLEO Speakers Network Manager, is an analytical thinker, drawing on interests that span the humanities and sciences. He seeks to understand the world, and to also be a part of changing it.

Phil Chapman studied marine biology at the University of Southampton in the U.K. Phil was born in Manchester, England, and grew up in Lancaster, England before moving to the states. He has previously worked or volunteered with a number of organizations focused on conservation and environmental issues.

Phil is a "rambler" as they say in England and loves to hike, travel and explore. Before landing in Miami earlier this year, Phil has traveled in a number of places including Haiti, Tanzania, Argentina, South Africa, and Israel. In his free time you can find him snorkeling off Virginia Key enjoying swimming with the rays.
