In addition to our staff and volunteers, an enthusiastic Youth Task Force (YTF) works with us to engage diverse audiences in our mission to bridge the divide between science and society. The Youth Task Force is comprised of motivated high school and college students who meet monthly to create and coordinate climate related efforts. Youth Task Force Executive Committee
The Executive Committee was designed to establish leadership within the Youth Task Force. Each position has its own responsibility, detailed below.
If you are interested in being a part of the Executive Committee, please select the position that interets you most on the application here and answer the question that follows.
President: Communicate with CLEO staff to set meeting dates, plan meeting agendas, and preside over meetings
Vice President: Assist the chairperson whenever needed; fill in for the chairperson when he/she is unable to perform duties; record attendance at all meetings and events
Corresponding Secretary: Disseminate information to the Youth Task Force including meeting information and social media management
Recording Secretary: Record minutes at each meeting as per the meeting agenda
Join the Youth Task Force: aid in spreading the message of climate change and earn community service hours.
