We have the power to reduce our energy footprint through the meals we prepare. Preparing food without the need for electricity or refrigeration gives us the resilience we need to withstand future climate scenarios (such as hurricanes) while reducing our energy footprint.
This webinar series will delve into the connection between food and climate change while providing the hands-on opportunity to learn climate friendly ways to prepare food.
